TQM = Total Quality Management
(not "quantity" management, don't be mixed up)

then what is LSL?

LSL = 罗小玲 , hihihi.... ^ ^ joking la..

ok ok , i got no idea what is TQM, some one can explain it?
(2 questions in PMPM exam paper)
